Our BishopBishop Larry Herrera was born 1962 and has been married to his wife, June since December 1982. They have three children, Israel, Megan and Sara, and five grandchildren Cameron, Josiah, Jaydan, Laila and Xavier.
Bishop Larry ran his own company from 1992, until going into service at Eternal Life Temple where he was Assistant Pastor at the church. In 2002 he bacame the Senior Pastor. He held that title until 2012.
He attended Covenant Bible College and Seminary, and obtained a B.S. Biblical and Theology. He has been the residing Bishop for the Rocky Mountain Conference since 2010.
No preacher is educated enough, no program is innovative enough, no musician is practiced enough, no building is hi-tech enough and no effort is sincere enough to accomplish the purpose of God without the power of the Holy spirit
Pastor Jerimie Olvera and his wife Ashley have been in the IPHC family since 2012. Jerimie says he is "blessed to be married to my best friend"! They have been married since 2010 and we’ve been blessed in raising their 3 queens; Jewelyssa, A’mariana, & Jaelee. Our family enjoys game nights and benj watching Disney+. We are Colorado natives.
He and his wife planted 180 Community Church in 2014 and have witnessed the power of The Holy Spirit at work through that church plant. Jerimie is currently holds the role of EVUSA Director for RMC. He also sit on the National Counsel of the EVUSA team.

Pastor Robert Lopez - Robert Lopez has been the Senior Pastor of New Vision Christian Assembly since 2002. He was married to Elizabeth Anaya for 20 wonderful years and has 6 children. Elizabeth, Liz to all who knew her, went to be with the Lord in February, 2017.
Originally from New York City, he studied mathematics and physics at Fordham University, Biblical Theology at the Spanish American Bible Institute in Houston, TX, and graduated from NY Theological Seminary with a concentration in urban ministries and counseling. In 2003, he founded The Vine Bible Institute here in Colorado, a bi-lingual 3-year school of Biblical studies and still serves today. New Vision CA joined the IPHC in 2008 and Pastor Robert has served on the executive council since 2010. He currently serves as Director of Discipleship Ministries with the following purpose:
Minister Carole Burgess - Carole Burgess and her husband, Brian, have pastored Trinity Christian Fellowship for over 35 years. They met at Holmes Bible College and prior to coming to Colorado, they pastored in South Carolina, did evangelistic work and also served as missionaries for 12 years in Zambia, Central Africa and South Africa.
They have three children, Dawn, Tamara and Jonathan and 10 grandchildren. Carole worked at the University of Denver for 23 years, however, her greatest delight is her family and serving the Lord as part of the Rocky Mountain Conference.
Pastor Jerry Milhorn has been in ministry for 45 years, and has served in several capacities including senior pastor, associate pastor, youth pastor. and as an evangelist. He graduated from Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs in 1979 with a degree in pastoral studies.
Jerry pastored in the Church of God and Free Methodist churches and has served as supply pastor in the Foursquare church. Raised with a Pentecostal background, he has always preached and taught that the gifts and ministry of the Holy Spirit are of vital importance in our spiritual walk with Christ and testimony. As an evangelist, he traveled doing Southern Gospel music with his brother until his passing in 1999.
Later, with his wife Cheryl, Jerry continued that ministry as well as doing a drama called "Saint John in Exile." He joined the IPHC in June of 2006 and was licensed in that same year and in May of 2007 received my ordination with the IPHC and became a part of the Rocky Mountain Conference. Since joining the conference he has served 6 years as an assistant pastor to Dr. Jim Roberts at Healing Waters in Canon City CO., and for the past 5 years he has served as Senior Pastor at Arise Fellowship in Grand Junction Colorado, along with his wife Cheryl, who serves as his associate pastor. Jerry currently also holds the title of Mission's Director with the RMC.
Pastor Milhorn's favorite scriptures are Joshua 1:9 and Proverbs 3:5-6
Minister Christopher Wales started serving in the RMC in 2014, as a judge in the Annual Fine Arts Festival under Carole Burgess. He bacame a licensed pastor under IPHC in 2018. He accepted the title of RMC Administrative Assistant in September 2019, where he trained under his dear friend and mentor, Laura Clark.
Christopher has owned and operated a clothing design and alterations business since the age of 9, and is also a beauty consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. As the Administrative Assistant for several managers at Cardinal Health, one of the nations largest medical suppliers, where he assisted with the nations needs during the 911 disaster. He has attended Thrive Church since 2010 and is the Fine Arts Director. In 2018, Christopher became the RMC Fine Arts Director when his leader, and friend, Carole stepped down from the position. He has sang and acted on stage and screen and believes the Lord places you right where you should be, not where you might want to be.
God didn't have time to create a nobody, so know He created you to be a somebody!

ConneXtions
Pastor Christopher Wales is the Director of the Rocky Mountain ConneXtions Ministry. A ministry designed to connect those with limited affiliatation to the conference. To create a "family" and encourage a sense of togethness. This group meets quarterly for fellowship and communication.
