If you haven't already done so, please register now. We need to know you are coming so we can have your paperwork ready. if you do not register, you could lose your opportunity to be counted. The office has made it simple enough to register. If you find you need assistance, call the office and Christopher can walk you through it.

We have recently made some changes in the way we send conference allocations to headquarters in OKC. This has been a very daunting job, but I can say it is completed! That being said, it may have delayed certain funds being distributed. Thank you for your understanding as we grow in technology.

We continue to improve and guide our conference tech forward and this year I have made quite the progress. You will now find, on our website, most forms you need as members of the RMC Conference, as well as forms and documents you need as leaders. Please bookmark the RMC Website and refer to it for all your needs. If there is something you would like to see there, please feel free to contact the office.

NEWSLETTER SUBMISSIONS are due by the 20th of each month! If you would like to contribute to the newsletter, please complete the Newsletter Submission form available on the RMC's website, under RESOURCES.

GO OFFERING
 
As we approach our upcoming Quadrennial Conference, I just want to remind all the pastors and mission's personnel to please be prepared for our Global Outreach Offering.(GO). We take this offering twice a year. Once at our Annual Conference, and again at our Annual Mission's Conference.
 
If you bring a check, please make your check out to the Rocky Mountain Conference (RMC) and note "GO Offering" in the memo line so it is credited to the proper account.
 
This is a very important offering that goes out to missionaries and mission projects worldwide. Last year we fell well short of the previous years giving.
 
Please let the Rocky Mountain Conference be a mission-giving conference.
